RETURNS
Before returning your order, YOU MUST contact us (preferably by e-mail) to explain the issue so that we can resolve the situation. We will not accept returns without previous contact.
Usa Patio Supplies will not be responsible for damaged or lost packages. Shipping with a tracking number is recommended. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the order to us and pay for shipping costs.
If you have an issue with an order, you must contact us within 30 days of the order. We will not accept any returns if they are over 30 days.
REPLACEMENT SLINGS:
Slings returns will not be accepted due to measurement mistakes, fabric color did not match the computer’s screen, or if you were unable to install.
All of our slings are custom-made according to either measurements or brand/model to fit your furniture. We do not have pre-made slings. We manufacture them as orders are placed, therefore they are not refundable or returnable.
Before you place an order, we recommend requesting sling samples due to computer screen discrepancies and following our how-to-measure and install instructions.
SLING SIZE DISCREPANCY AND INSTALLATION PROBLEM:
A new sling will be very tight. This is because the fabric was made to stretch close to 1 1/2″ and to be able to hold weight for a long period of time without getting saggy quickly. Your old sling will be stretched out and wider than the new one.
Please, try to install the slings when you receive them and follow our how-to-install slings instructions. If you followed our instructions and are still unable to install the slings, please contact us and a technician will guide you with the process. In most cases, a spreader tool is needed is needed to spread or squeeze the frame of your furniture.
If you believe a mistake was made, we will double check the measurements you provided. We will either adjust or create new sling(s) if the mistake was ours. You must contact us before returning the order.
However, if the measurements you provided were not correct and as a result, the sling fabric exceeds the width or length of your furniture, we will be glad to adjust the sling as a courtesy. The shipping cost is at your own expense.
VINYL STRAPS:
Pre-cut straps are not refundable or returnable. They are cut according to measurements you provided. Please carefully follow our how-to-measure straps instructions.
In regards to vinyl straps by the roll, we only accept returns on 200 ft vinyl strap rolls.
If Usa Patio Supplies made the mistake with a strap order, we will make the necessary correction at no charge.
SLINGS BY THE YARD, CUSHION FABRIC BY THE YARD & SPLINES:
These items are not refundable or returnable.
TIRES AND SPRAY PAINT:
These items are not refundable or returnable.
UMBRELLAS:
These items are not refundable or returnable.
REPLACEMENT PARTS:
Replacement parts are returnable and refundable. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. You must contact us before returning the order.
TOOLS:
These items are not refundable or returnable.
PROCESSING TIME
It does not include transit time.
SLINGS:
All of our slings are made specifically for each order. We take 2-3 weeks to manufacture them and be ready for shipping. If you need to receive a product that takes less time to process as listed below, that product should be ordered separately from a sling order.
VINYL STRAPS:
Vinyl straps by the roll and Pre-cut vinyl straps are shipped between 5 to 7 days from the date the order was placed.
REPLACEMENT PARTS:
End caps, feet glides, replacement parts, rivets, clips, spray paint, table, umbrellas & umbrella parts, tools, wheels & tires are shipped between 5 to 7 days from the date the order was placed.
SLING FABRIC & CUSHION FABRIC BY THE YARD:
Sling fabric & Cushion fabric by the Yard are shipped between 5 to 7 days from the date the order was placed.
TRANSIT TIME
- It is the time the carrier of your choice takes to ship the order.
- Usa Patio Supplies is not responsible if the carrier delays delivering the package(s).
- You will receive an e-mail with the tracking information when the order is ready to be shipped.
ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel any order, you must do via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order.
ORDER CHANGE
- To change any order, you must do via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct item and quantity. Please review your cart before checking out.
WARRANTY
If you need to use the warranty, please e-mail us the name on the order, a detailed description of the issue along with a picture of your furniture and/or umbrellas showing the defective area.
SLINGS:
All custom-made slings are warranted for a period of one (01) year. The warranty only covers loose thread, stitches coming off, or sling unraveling. Color fading, punched holes, ripping the slings, and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty or any other warranty by UsaPatioSupplies.com.
VINYL STRAPS:
All vinyl straps are warranted for a period of one (01) year.
UMBRELLAS:
We provide a 1 year warranty on umbrellas. The warranty does not include any acts of God, weather related damage, failure in securing umbrellas, misuse, vandalism, neglect or wind related damage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Any products shipped internationally are subject to your country’s customs fees.
