Can I send you my old sling to use as a pattern?
No. An old sling stretches over time, therefore it is not an accurate measurement. You must measure your sling while it is installed.

If my chair has a welded bar in the back, how can I install a new replacement sling?
If your chair has a bar welded to the frame, you will need to email us a picture before you place an order. Since it is a difficult installation, we need to get a picture from you in order to allow us to determine whether you will be able to install the sling yourself.
Can you install the new slings for me?
We install slings in South Florida (Palm Beach county, Broward county and Miami Dade county). You can call us at 561-425-2731 to inquire.
What size of spline should I use?
Most chairs' rods have a medium spline (7/32" in diameter). A few chair models have large spline (¼" in diameter). A smaller size spline is also available, since it is used only in some particular furniture brands.
If you do not select the size of the rod when placing an order, we will by default ship your slings with the medium size spline.
How should I clean my sling furniture?
Outdoor furniture should be cleaned periodically with a multipurpose cleaner; we recommend Casual Clean Multipurpose Cleaner. Routine cleaning will help enhance the appearance and extend the life of your patio furniture. This cleaner attacks the sun-baked dirt and mildew stains. Dilute with water for less difficult cleaning jobs.
Hose down. Dilute 1 part of Casual Clean Multipurpose Cleaner to 5 parts of water. Scrub using a nylon brush, sponge or a cloth. Rinse thoroughly and leave in the sun to dry. To prolong the life and beauty of your fabric, we recommend that a towel be placed over the sling when using any tanning or insect repellent products. Should any of these products come in contact with the fabric, wash and rinse immediately as noted above.
Do not use bleach, solvent-based cleaners, or water temperature of 100 degrees. Do not put sling in the swimming pool.
Is there any fabric that you sell better than others?
No, all the fabric that we sell is equivalent in terms of durability and quality since they are all made of PVC coated polyester. The only differences are the weaving pattern and texture.
